Shipping Times
We typically ship you items out next business day. This helps us get your items to you as quick as possible. The shipping lead time is often 2-4 days but this can vary based on location and potential delays while your items are in transport. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipping then feel free to reach out to us.
Where is my Order?
Upon shipment, we provide a tracking number to you via email along with a confirmation of your order. This should be provided for any order. If you do not see a tracking number in your email then please contact us or talk to a representative for help.
90 Day Warrantee
Our 90 day warrantee is a replacement warrantee. This means that if your hose happens to get damaged then we will replace your hose at no additional cost to you.
Where We Ship
To provide free shipping on all of our products we have to limit our delivery to the mainland United States. This includes all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
However we are available to ship to those states and including Canada and Mexico but shipping will not be free. If you happen to live in these areas then contact us and we will set you up.
