We typically ship you items out next business day. This helps us get your items to you as quick as possible. The shipping lead time is often 2-4 days but this can vary based on location and potential delays while your items are in transport. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipping then feel free to reach out to us.

Upon shipment, we provide a tracking number to you via email along with a confirmation of your order. This should be provided for any order. If you do not see a tracking number in your email then please contact us or talk to a representative for help.

Our 90 day warrantee is a replacement warrantee. This means that if your hose happens to get damaged within 90 days of your order then we will replace your hose at no additional cost to you.

However we are still able to ship Alaska and Hawaii but free shipping is not included. Along with this we also ship to Canada and Mexico as well but due to fees the shipping is not free. If you live in these areas and want to know more then feel free to contact us.

Our Office hours are 8:30 – 5:00PM EST and if a representative is not available then we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Currently we do not charge a sales tax outside of New York. If you are based in New York then a sales tax will be applied at checkout.

If you input the incorrect address then please let us know as soon as possible. A representative will try to stop the order and get the address changed for you. If the item has already shipped then we will work on either re routing the package or getting the package returned to us and have it re shipped out to the correct address. In the event where this is necessary then there may be additional shipping charges.

It depends on the order but each of our hose reels are generally packaged individually. For large orders or upon request we can pack them differently if needed. 

We do not keep any card information after the an order has been placed. If you need to place another order then you will have to re insert your card information.
